B.A.S.S. announces 2026 Progressive Bassmaster Elite Series schedule
B.A.S.S. has announced the 2026 Progressive Bassmaster Elite Series schedule, featuring nine regular-season events across six states and the return of several legendary fisheries not visited in years. The season will culminate with the Bass Pro Shops Bassmaster Classic presented by Under Armour, March 13–15, on the Tennessee River in Knoxville, Tennessee. The schedule promises a diverse and challenging slate designed to test the world’s best anglers while delivering exciting competition for fans nationwide.
“This is one of the most well-rounded Elite Series schedules we’ve ever built,” said Chase Anderson, CEO of B.A.S.S. “We’re hitting iconic fisheries, revisiting challenging venues we haven’t seen in a decade or more, and returning to some fan-favorite locations. Lake Martin to Host 2026 Progressive Bassmaster Elite Series
The Progressive Bassmaster Elite Series is returning to Lake Martin on February 12–15, 2026 marking a highly anticipated stop on the newly announced 2026 tournament schedule.
Explore Lake Martin, in partnership with Wind Creek State Park and B.A.S.S., will proudly host this event. As a result, the tournament will attract top-tier anglers and fishing fans to Lake Martin.
Lake Martin last welcomed the Elite Series in 2018, when fishing legend Takahiro Omori took the title with a four-day total of 59 pounds, 8 ounces. Known for clear waters and healthy spotted bass population, Lake Martin presents a unique challenge that emphasizes finesse tactics and adaptability, traits that will be tested again.
The tournament’s daily take-offs, weigh-ins, and fan experiences will be held at Wind Creek State Park, offering easy access for fans and families. Additional community activities, vendor showcases, and promotional events will be announced as the tournament date approaches.
