Participants will meet at the Horseshoe Bend boat ramp at 8:00 a.m. Boats and equipment will be dropped, vehicles driven to Jaybird Landing, then paddlers shuttled back to Horseshoe Bend to be on the river by 9:00 a.m. We will pick up trash and celebrate with a cookout at Jaybird. Trash bags will be furnished, and participants will receive a Renew Our Rivers T-shirt. Sponsored by Lake Martin Resource Association, Alabama Power Company, and the Tallapoosa County Commission.
