SUMMARY:Renew Our Rivers - Tallapoosa River Clean-Up
DESCRIPTION:Participants will meet at the Horseshoe Bend boat ramp at 8:00 a.m. Boats and equipment will be dropped\, vehicles driven to Jaybird Landing\, then paddlers shuttled back to Horseshoe Bend to be on the river by 9:00 a.m. We will pick up trash and celebrate with a cookout at Jaybird. Trash bags will be furnished\, and participants will receive a Renew Our Rivers T-shirt. Sponsored by Lake Martin Resource Association\, Alabama Power Company\, and the Tallapoosa County Commission.
