Alexander City, AL – July 21, 2025 – The Lake Martin Songwriters Festival is back and bigger than ever, ready to set the stage July 24–27, 2025, with unforgettable performances across the Lake Martin area. This annual celebration brings together some of the most talented songwriters from across the country to share the stories behind the songs—and the soul behind the sound.
Now in its 5th year, the festival showcases more than 40 songwriters at venues throughout Alexander City, Dadeville, and surrounding communities. These intimate performances allow fans to experience chart-topping hits, hidden gems, and fresh new voices in uniquely Lake Martin settings—from cozy cafes to waterfront stages.
“We’re proud to host artists who have written for everyone from country legends to pop icons,” said Sandra Fuller. “This is more than a music festival—it’s a celebration of storytelling, connection, and community.”
The festival is free to attend thanks to the support of generous sponsors, local businesses, and music lovers across the region.
On Saturday at The AMP, a ticketed concert will feature performances by nationally recognized songwriters and artists as part of the Lake Martin Songwriters Festival. Gates open at 5:00 PM, and music begins at 5:45 PM. Tickets start at $25 and can be purchased in advance on EventBrite.com
Beyond the music, visitors are encouraged to explore all the area has to offer—boating, dining, shopping, and lakeside relaxation, making it the perfect summer weekend getaway.
