Adventure Center – Russell Lands On Lake Martin

Surrounded by acres of rolling pastures, The Stables at Russell Crossroads is a working two-story equestrian center housing quarter horses to Clydesdales-sometimes, goats too.  Guided trail rides are available by calling 256-794-1333.  Ride through the Russell Forest Trailsin its most pristine state, unspoiled as nature is intended to be.  Some have likened the Russell Forest to a 25,000-acre playground.  Its more than 100 miles of hiking, biking and equestrian trails offer a myriad of opportunities to reconnect with nature.
