Nature’s Wonders Camp is to inspire a deeper appreciation for the natural world by fostering meaningful connections with nature, encouraging exploration, and promoting stewardship through engaging and educational outdoor experiences.
On the first day of camp, campers will choose four electives to participate in during “Specialized Elective Time.” They’ll complete all four by the end of the week, with each elective being available only once per student to ensure fairness.
Electives available include:
Equine Interaction – Learn horse care and build confidence
Archery – Practice precision and focus with archery techniques
Fishing – Explore aquatic ecosystems and sustainable fishing practices
Gardening – Learn sustainable gardening techniques from planting to harvesting
Nature Photography – Capture the beauty of the wilderness through photography
Botany Basics – Study native plants and their uses
Outdoor Art – Create art inspired by the natural surroundings
