Border Trail the Angler’s Paradise

February 20

Wind Creek State Park

The Border Trail brings a two-day fishing event to Lake Martin, celebrating the sport of bass fishing while creating opportunities for the next generation of anglers. With a focus on highlighting African American anglers and increasing participation in the sport, the event brings together competition, community, and education on the water.

The weekend will also feature a Kids Fishing Exhibition, giving young anglers the opportunity to experience fishing firsthand, learn new skills, and discover a love for the outdoors.
