The Lake Martin area offers adventure both on and off the water, with scenic hiking trails for all skill levels. We are home to many hiking trails, and we invite you to come and explore the scenic views that awaits on our trails. Whether you are looking to experience the tranquility of nature, stay physically fit, or challenge yourself on one of our more daring trails, we have one that is right for you.
Complete at least one trail at each of the 8 featured locations (excluding the James M. Scott Deadening Alpine Trail) to earn a Lake Martin Hiking Challenge patch, certificate of completion, and swag bag.
