SUMMARY:Dixie Sailing Club Punch Bowl Regatta
DESCRIPTION:The Punchbowl Regatta\, one of two open regattas hosted by the Dixie Sailing Club\, is just around the corner! Taking place from April 11–13\, 2025\, this exciting weekend kicks off on Friday at noon when the DSC gate opens for early arrivals\, followed by a Welcome Party from 4:30–7:00 PM with hot dogs\, burgers\, and chips—just bring your own beverages. \nSaturday begins with brunch\, registration\, and boat launches from 8:00–10:00 AM\, leading up to the skipper’s meeting at 10:00 AM and the first race warning signal at 11:30 AM (no race starts after 4:00 PM). The day concludes with music\, race discussions\, and a catered dinner from 5:30–7:00 PM (BYOB). \nSunday features brunch from 7:00–9:00 AM before the final races start at 9:30 AM\, with an awards presentation around 1:00 PM. The entry fee is $75\, covering Saturday brunch and dinner\, Sunday brunch for the skipper and one crew\, plus an exclusive regatta hat. Additional meals are available for $15\, and a special 64th Annual embroidered hat can be pre-ordered for $22 before March 25.
