Charcuterie Board Workshop

Join Lake Martin Brewing with Auburn Board and Box on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at 6pm to create your very own charcuterie board!
Included:
– Each guest will make their own medium classic board to take home and
enjoy. This board will feed about 4-5 servings.
– One hour of charcuterie tips + tricks with Kristy from Auburn Board and Box.
– You’ll learn to style at least 3 types of cheese on your board.
– Two types of charcuterie styles including salami roses.
– Utensils to make the boards will be provided, including cutting
boards and cheese wire slicers. These are not to take home, just for
workshop use.
– All boards will be created on disposable palm leaf boards.
