Martie Duncan is the self-proclaimed food ambassador for the state of Alabama and the author of three award-winning cookbooks about Alabama food: Birmingham’s Best Bites, Magic City Cravings, and Alabama Cravings.
Her latest book, Martie Duncan’s Sweet Home Alabama: Destinations & Dishes Worth The Trip is the sequel to those books. It is filled with Martie’s favorite destinations plus 90 recipes from restaurants across the four regions of the state. In other words, Martie shows you where to go in Alabama and suggests what to eat when you get there.
