Tallapoosa County residents, it’s time to clear out unwanted items! Sponsored by the Tallapoosa County Commission, this free event offers designated drop-off locations for disposal of various household items.
Locations & Dates:
- Dec 9-10: Union Community Center, Double Bridges – Hwy 63
- Dec 11-12: Young’s Ferry / Mullican Int., Hackneyville Community Center
- Dec 13-15: Alex City Annex – 395 Lee St.
Important: Dumpsters will be available for household waste only. Restricted items include liquids (paint, pesticides), appliances with compressors, propane tanks, and hazardous or medical waste.
